Course Enrollment

Once a student has enrolled in a course and the training has started, the course fee is non-refundable. This is because course materials, training resources, and instructor time are allocated after enrollment.

Course Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must inform us before the course begins. In such cases, we may review the request and provide a partial refund if applicable.

Books and Study Materials

For books and study materials delivered across India:

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with product photos and a mandatory unboxing video
• We will arrange a replacement or review the issue for a possible refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delay in courier services
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• After course access or materials have been provided
